Warm-Up
5 minHalf Swings with 9-Iron
10 ballsSmooth half swings focusing on solid contact. No full swings yet.
Focus: Feel the clubhead brush the grass
Short Game — Chipping
10 minBump and Run
15 ballsUse a 7-iron to chip from just off the green. Land the ball on the green and let it roll to the hole.
Clock Drill
2 roundsPlace 4 balls around the hole at 3 feet. Chip to each position.
Focus: Hands ahead of the ball at impact
Putting
10 minGate Drill
15 puttsSet two tees slightly wider than your putter head. Stroke putts through the gate from 3 feet.
Lag Putting
10 puttsPutt to a spot 20-30 feet away. Goal is to leave every putt within a 3-foot circle.
Focus: Eyes over the ball, smooth stroke
Cool-Down
5 minFree Swings
5 ballsHit 5 shots with any club, no target. Focus on rhythm and balance.
Focus: Finish in balance on every swing
