How it works

Three steps from a swing
to a coach who knows you.

Upload. Get one thing to fix. Then ask anything.

01

Upload a swing.

Record on your phone — face-on or down-the-line. Driver, iron, wedge, or putter. Coach Harvey works with all of them.
02

Get one thing to fix.

Coach Harvey watches every frame the way a coach would. Identifies the four phases. Calls the single biggest fault — not a list. You get a voice cue under 15 words and a drill from the 44-fault library.Under the hood: Claude (Anthropic) reads pose keypoints and metrics across every frame of your swing. The detail is in /about.
03

Ask anything.

Once Coach Harvey has a swing on file, the conversation is yours. Ask about a drill. Ask what to work on at the range tomorrow. Ask what club from 145. Every answer is grounded in your swings, your bag, and every session you've logged.
A real example

Step 03, in motion.

This is a real chat the founder had with Coach Harvey on May 7th, after his fifth swing. No swing attached to the message — just a question. The plan it generated is real. The five sessions are real.

Every shot, every read

Different shots, different reads.

Coach Harvey routes every upload to the algorithm built for that shot type. A putt isn’t graded like a driver. A chip isn’t graded like a full swing. Same coach, different read.

Full swing
Driver, iron, hybrid

Seven phases — address, takeaway, top, transition, impact, release, finish — keyed off the wrist-Y trajectory. The richest read because the most happens in a full swing.

Short game
Chip and pitch

Same seven-phase model, tighter pose window. Coach Harvey routes through a shorter pipeline tuned to how chips actually move — no false top-of-backswing trigger on a half-swing.

On the green
Putting

Different algorithm entirely. Face-on putts read the wrist as a horizontal pendulum; down-the-line putts read the head as Euclidean displacement. Stroke consistency over swing power.

You pick the club and camera angle when you upload — Coach Harvey takes it from there.

Try it on your own swing.
